Customers can cancel their booking any time before the schedule date and time of your pick-up by following ways:
1: If a booking in being made online then customers can simply go on to their account page on our website/app and cancel scheduled booking or alternately customers can call our helpline numbers and cancel bookings.
2: If a booking is made by calling our helpline number then customers need to call on the same number for cancellation. If advance is being paid then refunds will be processed as per the refund policy.
Cancellation charge may be applicable as per the below T&C:
1: No Cancellation Charges if booking is being cancelled 24 hours prior to boarding. Refund will be initiated as per refund policy.
2: In case of cancellation of booking within 24 hours from boarding 15% of the total ride cost will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded if paid in full. If in case only advance 15% payments are done upon booking then it’s a non refundable.
Based on the cancellation policies refund will be initiated and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect into your account. However this is the maximum limit of time. Usually refunds are processed in 3 working days.
